This last month he has eaten well, and I mean also good food. He has been drinking and his Pooh is good. But the problem in his mouth is not healing and is bleeding when he eat or after. I am leaning towards euth unless anyone with a Sanctuary wants to take him on. I cannot, I need health care now.
Symptoms: Right side of his mouth is swollen. He is bleeding if he bites down and had flem. His Pooh is solid and he is peeing well. He is eating soft food well. He had needed medical for a while but after he had an apparent fight with a hornet a few months ago it worsened. Goldie’s cancer was the worst problem I’ve ever seen in a cat and I loved him, Itzy was left to eat and be in a clean inside Catio while Goldie was waiting to get into a dentist. The Vet was wrong it wasn’t dental, it was Cancer.
While I was taking care of Goldie I had to take a round of antibiotics for a blood infection, repeated. Itzy is not on flea control and I deworm him but skipped his last rounds, starting again. I do use a natural spray in the kennel and clean a few times a day. He is having trouble getting up to and down from the second level of the 5 ft Catio.
Editing and uploading pictures from 2 years with his family and other outside cats, where he loved his life I ran the water to let you hear the only Vocalization he knows. He has never Meowed, he hisses. My cat of 13 yrs died of oral cancer, I would like an exam instead of just putting him down. I’m 68 and disabled, mostly because of violence.
The Family was from a Queen with many litters, not mine and not in my control. He was left on my porch after the woman who claimed ownership dies of a heart attack.
Nothing was being taken care of when my brother and I arrived. No electric. No water. Itzy and his mum were caught in a fenced in yard with no food in a hot car. Weeks later he shows up on my porch. This is his family, his life outside the first two years before everyone died but him

My move in photos: bad water could have been part of his developmental problem
